In RUSSIA's glorious Declaration of Independence, the date was listed as November 31, 2015. Our glorious nation does not take any credit for the misprint, and places all blame on the country run by Yu Krane. RUSSIA's legislstive body is to soon meet and decide on military action.

This is ridiculous! How can you blame such a failure as that on the great country of Ukraine? I fully blame the misprint on your country.

You storm in, form your nation that currently has no land borders as of yet, and declare war on a country! Maybe instead of meeting on whether you should start a war or not, you should figure out your borders!

[OOC: And maybe before you declare war you should read the rules and figure out how to role-play.]
IC:
"Inconceivable actions are being executed by the Russian government, actions we find ludicrous and unwarranted. The French Republic demands all Russian war plans be forgotten, or they will be forced to suffer the consequences."

"The People's Republic of China does not believe that the actions of Russia to be even remotely correct as well as their contradictory statements. They have not even established a military or a government and they are already declaring war on their neighbor nations. This could be a worse threat then SATO at the current minute. However, the PRC will take a neutral stance as it is not our burden to pick a side."

I thank both France and the PRC for being knowledgable and sensible nations in realizing these ridiculous claims made by RUSSIA, and their leader. I thank France greatly for standing by our side.
