India wishes to form an economic alliance with the nations in its area, the EAEAN (Economic Alliance of East Asian nations), to promote trade in the area and to ensure peace and prosperity. The nations NRC and the PRC are invited to this conference.

So, obviously the Only countries in this group are The Indian Commonwealth, The New Republic of Cambodia, and The People's Republic of China.(As of now)

Yes, though I would like to add you, geographic boundaries make this impractical. Though, if this convention doesn't get underway soon, I may abandon the idea anyway. Still, I believe a treaty like this to be crucial to the welfare of the region.

I noticed that The People's Republic of China and the New Republic of Cambodia have not yet agreed to diplomacy so it just seems odd to join a tight knit group that only includes 3 countries without all of them first agreeing to peace before joining such a group as this.

I am aware, and, like I said, may cancel this Convention should there be a continuation of no response.

This would be exciting. The PRC agrees to this convention and the establishment of an EAEAN.

*A message from the NRC arrives* I'm sorry for not being in attendance. Our budding country was in a terrible situation and all communications were shut down. We suspect SATO.

"All people up before 9 AM and after 9 PM will be shot on sight? This is a crime against humanity! This is obscene! What kind of President are you? I sincerely hope you're joking, because right now, I can't see how you're any better than SATO. What kind of nation kills their own citizens? I look forward to establishing the EAEAN with you, but I do not want to associate myself with a government that murders its own people because they can't protect themselves against third world terrorists that haven't made a move in months!"
"My apologies for the outburst. I by no means support the murder of innocent civilians, and we frown severely on your actions and hope that you will reconsider, however we will try to assist you in these challenges we all face. You have traveled a long way. Here, have a cup of tea, and we can discuss this alliance, hopefully bring it about, and deal with these challenges. Too long have we lived in fear of SATO, letting them turn us against ourselves."

"I believe it is time that we voted for this organization's establishment? I'm not sure if we should take it militarily quite yet or ever, but it stands to reason that if one takes military action against another in this group they forfeit membership. On the topic of annexation, I believe that as long as 2/3 of this group is fine with the action, it should be permitted. Trade is most important, but I do not wish to be engaged in a mad struggle for land. As to human rights, though skeptical of communism, accept it as an important part of the Chinese government. As for issues such as the "shot on sight" one, we could have certain rights guaranteed to our citizens that would disallow thes3e actions, and perhaps free travel for our citizens. These are my ideas, at least. Feel free to share yours."

"Yes I agree completely. We should also discuss hunger/agriculture issues as well as some environmental cleanup. Also, when you say that if one side takes military action, and "they forfeit" membership, who is they? The provoker or the defender or both?"

"I assume it would be the aggressor, though one of the main purposes of this organization would be to prevent situations such as these."

[OOC: Let's RP you taking out the treaty and you signing it. Then, I'll sign it. No need to create a fancy treaty for now.]
"Thank you for telling me that. Now let's begin our treaty of our three nations. I believe that the NRC is still under blackout and Rosen may not be able to attend. Should we just assume he agrees with our treaty or shall we wait for him?"

"Please sign here," he gestures to the bottom of the document, "Rosen can sign it at a later time."

"Oh, definitely! Instead of our sips having to encircle the Malay Peninsula in order to trade, why not create a Trans-Asian Railroad. It would certainly be much more efficient, saving expenses and time. We would need Rosen's permission, however, if we wished for it to pass through his lands. The Indian Commonwealth is willing to fund all expenses for such a project, though has heard devastating reports from Burma, which the railroad will inevitably have to pass through. President Kawale's elder brother disappeared during the last days of the war on a diplomatic to Burma from the British, along with a large shipment of firearms and weaponry. The purpose of this trip has not yet been revealed."
[OOC: I'm setting up a whole storyline for this in the future, when I, (hopefully) annex it.]
