"Alas, we face the same situation. I heard you passed a Nuclear Energy Bill. Tell me, what does that entail?" The President pauses for a moment, "The Russian government recently declared war on Ukraine. What is your stance on this? Personally, I believe the USSR was responsible for much of the terrible situation we find ourselves in today, and am in favor of making Russia pay war reparations, especially after their disgraceful behavior with Ukraine."

"Yes, we did in fact pass a National Energy Act. It states that we endorse the use of nuclear power as well as the launch of two new nuclear power plants." The Chairman pauses again, "Actually, I privately spoke with Mr. Pyotor and he told me that apparently within his government he 'vetoed' his Congress' declaration of war. However, he hasn't revealed details of his government/military so we cannot confirm this. I believe Russia should pay war reparations and apologize for their 'declaration of war'!"
