Chinese Socialist State to Create National Bodies
The People's Republic of China will be creating two legislative bodies; the National People's Congress and the People's Consultative Conference. The National People's Congress will be able to have elected officials representing regions of China. Our current plan is that those representatives will vote for who the President of China will be decided in 1952. The People's Consultative Conference will have members of the political party that has the most seats in the NPC and will also have some minorities from other political parties as well as government agencies to determine the future of the PRC.
Chinese Province Borders to Be Formed
The 'de facto' members of the PRC have decided that the drawing of provinces and the number of representatives electing each province will be decided in 1951. Representatives from those provinces will then be on ballots so the people will be able to vote who will represent their province.

National Energy Act The provisional government has officially passed the "National Energy Act", which endorses the use of nuclear power as well as the launch of two new nuclear power plants, in locations that have not been revealed, for the cleaner energy of the Chinese people! Wind turbines have also been placed in the northeastern parts, known to be very windy.
Committee Determining Province Borders The Chinese Redrawing Province Committee or the CRPC is currently determining provinces and their areas. These province borders will be announced in March-April of 1951.
Voting Scheduled The de facto government of the PRC has announced voting for the NPC to be on November 1st to November 3rd of 1951. After province borders are announced, political parties may be formed by any citizen who has not been to jail, responsible, and over the age of 30. Afterwards, any candidate, representing a political party, may announce their candidacy for the National People's Congress. They will be writing our great nation's constitution as well as electing the 1st President of the People's Republic of China.
After NPC voting is over, the People's Consultative Conference will be proportional to the percentage of people in political parties in the NPC. More news to come.
