Anti-communist literature is starting to spread throughout Ukraine, and following the Independence of the nation there is much patriotism on the streets.
Early plans are being made for a power plant, the plant is said to use nuclear power, and the exact location has not yet been determined, but it is said to be in a very low populous area. The new plant is said to open sometime in the next 20-30 years as nuclear technology is fairly new.
